ISO CONTROL filtration unit and customer service

In 2024, the deliveries of our ISO CONTROL mobile filtration units and the service to companies by Total Test will continue to monitor the cleanliness of the process oils and ensure maintenance of the hydraulic equipment.
Many customers are increasingly asking us for assistance on hydraulic equipment in addition to the service on our machines, after-sales assistance is a very important part of our work.

Latest model MPC0.1 delivered to BRAZIL

In the first part of 2024 we delivered a MPC0.1 model cylinder testing machine to BRAZIL.

The MPC0.1 is a compact machine for carrying out tests up to 450 BAR automatically or manually.

Total Test s.r.l. expands its horizons beyond Europe

Total Test s.r.l. production is entering companies beyond European borders.
Thanks to new foreign collaborations, we can find solutions for new companies that operate in markets different from the Italian one.
The stars on the map show the geographical positions in which we are present.

New BRC1 modular cylinder repair bench

Delivered the new modular cylinder repair bench, model BRC1.
This equipment is designed for the repair of hydraulic cylinders in your own workshop or directly on site.
Its peculiarity lies precisely in the flexibility of use and ease of transport, it can be transported and easily started directly next to the machinery being repaired.

Delivered MPC0,7 Four January 2023

Second MPC0.7 FOUR model machine delivered.
The machine will be inserted into the testing line where there are other similar machines for cylinder testing,
at a customer who decided together with us to mark their need to ensure a high level of quality control of their products.

Machine delivered November 2022

The first MPC0.7 FOUR model machine was delivered.
The machine has two parallel testing stations and can test two cylinders simultaneously, in one station, while in the parallel station the operator prepares the next two cylinders for the next test.
The machine was designed for a customer who needed to improve his production line by inserting a machine in the end-of-line control which, with refined controls, could also have a high number of cylinders tested daily.

New version of model MPC0,1

We have created a new version of the cylinder testing machine, model MPC0,1.

A test bench to be inserted in a production line, quick in carrying out tests, intuitive for the operator, easy to maintain but with the possibility of reaching up to 450 BAR.

Machine delivered September 2022

Delivery of the second machine model MPC0.7
to a customer who has been testing their production with us for a few months.
This machine can reach a maximum pressure of 500 BAR and has installed a system for detecting internal leaks between the chambers.
